* Duties and Responsibilities - Ability to manage a team of Developers Will be responsible for working on Salesforce CRM platform on which Bajaj Finance has developed CRM and Underwriting systems Should have Strong Knowledge of Java/Apex Programming. Should have good technical understanding of SFDC-API s (SOAP/RESTFul) for managing enhancements and its integration with systems like Portals/EDW/ Mobile apps. Defining project milestone and drive partner/development teams to ensure delivery on time. Responsible for Delivery schedule, Change process management, Project Monitoring and Status Reporting. Coordination with internal Cross functional teams & External Partners Managing Salesforce Admin & Support activities , * B.E in Information technology Preferred Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified administrator,Salesforce Certified Developer. Web Services development and experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData/Streaming, etc.) Knowledge of VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience,SOQL Statements Understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Salesforce1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Communities and AppExchange / ISV solutions Need Experience in designing and implementing new Sales force objects workflow rules custom layouts and other standard Sales force customizations Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor Outstanding teamwork skills Excellent communication & relationship management skills. Interest and passion to work on IT applications and projects which support businesses Should have basic understanding of Databases
