Job Description

* Duties and Responsibilities - IT Infrastructure Delivery IT Infrastructure Monitoring and Management Formulate, plan and execute strategies to meet future organization requirements Build / deliver reliable and scalable technologies to cater to high volume and velocity Understand / identify business problems and propose technology solutions Manage projects within given cost and time Adhere to quality / info-security guidelines and processes including maintain adequate documentation Oversee and coordinate lifecycle management for infrastructure architecture, business continuance and service restoration strategies. Designing and planning strategies for Data Center Infrastructure and involve in process building and improvement for DC operations. Attend review meetings, business user meetings, IT meetings etc. Implement Consumerized technologies for employees, branch and customers, track usage of the technologies deployed, increase usage using different strategies etc. Possess the ability to think analytically while working in a high volume work environment for any Change Management on Contact Center Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills on Contact Centre Delivery/Support. Monitor to ensure that devices / apps deployed are in good shape and there is adequate usage by customers / partners /employees Travel to multiple locations to understand challenges of market, local population, branch setup etc. if required , * Minimum qualification required is BE/B-Tech/ Diploma in computers / electronics with an IT Support experience of 5-7 years in any one Contact Center Infrastructure Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, Infrastructure with understanding of component level on Voice Gateway, Call Server, Application Server Database, Recording Reporting Server for DC & DR. Manage the SLA & Uptime of overall CC infra. CCNA Routing and Switching, Configuring Port Security, Mac Address accessibility on L2 switches Contact Center Servers in DC/DR and Network Monitoring/ troubleshooting of all Devices (Cisco Switch/Router/Firewall) Experience in Cisco Hyperflex Installation and configuration Windows server 2012, ADS, DNS, DHCP and making system into domain. Sound knowledge on Datacenter Operations. Plan and implement networks using, routers, switches and other networking device Network connectivity troubleshooting, ping, tracert, telnet Strong verbal and written Communication skills desired for presentation & Documentation skills. Understand product and software life cycle and capacity planning for Contact Center applications Excellent interpersonal skills, collaboration, problem solving attitude with Business & IT Team Be cognizant of performance and efficiency of Contact Center Solution / infrastructure to recommend improvements in technologies and practices to increase efficiency and other business metrics Possess knowledge and understanding of Platform Architecture, Network Design, Bandwidth, PRI Consumption, Data storage and Infra Structure required in Contact Center Deployment Intermediate understanding of switching concepts WAN, Voice, Data, VLAN, Routing Logics etc. Knowledge on L1 to L3 support levels with desired readiness and methods for Contact Center Platform and vendor Management skills Provide daily /weekly detailed progress and executive updates on all relevant contact center project activities Knowledge on the Daily Support Check Plan/ Matrix based on the Monitoring Tools, Validation of Business Process & Data, System health check-up. Knowledge on Scripting / Programming API (JavaScript, VB script, python) etc will be added advantage. Require ability to lead a team and manage delivery with help of partners (Offsite) Should be able to troubleshoot distributed application / device deployment Require strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities Ability to unlearn, learn and adapt quickly Self-starter
