* Duties and Responsibilities - KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DEVELOPMENT OF NEW CAPABILITIES Lead the process of development and implementation of platforms like company website, Ecomm site, Intranet, Retailer portal, B2B community portals and alike Create marketing use cases and highlight requirements from the above platforms Liaison with IT and Analytics teams for development Identify and work with specialist agencies for solutioning and development of new assets Identify, assess, on-board partners for ongoing product lifecycle management and new capabilities PROGRAM MANAGEMENT Manage routine tech operations for marketing assets stakeholder and vendor management, team management and ensure quality and on-time delivery (as per defined SLA) of implementations across managed assets Create and setup processes to proactively identify enhancement opportunities in existing assets Oversee the process of development and testing of tactical digital capabilities like tag manager, video platform etc. CROSS-COE AND PARTNER COLLABORATION Work with various COEs within marketing and across the company to lead the implementation of key projects Work with an external partner ecosystem for solutioning and timely execution of various initiatives , * EXPERIENCE - 5+ years experience in website development -Must have experience in CMS (Content management system) based development and solution design, preferably in Oracle WCS (Web Center Sites) -Relevant experience in front end development -Basic knowledge of Infrastructure such as AWS, Azure etc. -Working knowledge of Database and Query languages -Hands on development languages such as JAVA or PHP APTITUDE -Logical thinking with speed and agility -Manage change and ambiguity -Comfortable in a high-pressure environment
