* Duties and Responsibilities - KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AUTOMATION INITIATIVES Collaborate with multiple marketing verticals for requirement gathering, translating business problems into technical requirement and implement reporting automations. Understand the business problems, convert them in technical opportunities and provide the automation and integration solutions. Design and Support interactive and complex Power BI dashboards and create various visualizations in reports like scatter plot, box plot, Sankey chart, bar graphs, Gantt chart, trend lines, waterfall chart, statistical models, heat maps, geo-maps allowing end users to utilize full functionality of the dashboard. Develop, deploy and monitor proactive and reactive alert mechanism across daily MIS covering 20 + business products. Write and optimize moderate to complex query techniques for reporting optimization Experience with RPA technologies is a plus BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE Strategize the Reporting structure to cater the need of marketing day to day reporting, Advance analytics, Data analytics. Conduct ad hoc analysis for live business problems. Understand the product sales funnel end to end and build data insights to improve funnel efficiency. Exhibit strong analytical skills has ability to start from ambiguous problem statements, identify and access relevant data, make appropriate assumptions, perform insightful analysis and draw conclusion relevant to the business problem. Acts as a liaison with data scientists to pass actionable insights and traffic pattern to build advanced analytics use cases. Coordinate with product teams and performance marketing team to strategize the plan based on insights to drive the business numbers. KEY METRICS Business numbers Multi channel funnel efficiency # of Man hours saved through automations , * 4+ years of strong technical experience of MS SQL and business intelligence and Power BI Strong knowledge and hands on experience of SQL server with query optimization, handling big data on cloud environment Hands on experience on SSIS, SSRS, alert mechanisms. Demonstrable experience using statistical techniques to turn data into insightful information to favorably impact the business decisions. Hands-on experience of RPA tool (UiPath) is a big plus. Expert in data visualization techniques and hands on experience Power BI tools Ability to work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Ability to engage with cross-functional teams for implementation of project and program requirements.
