(Accountabilities associated with the job) 1 Work in collaboration with assigned internal customers / business teams for all Experia web related: o Process improvements o Builds & new capabilities o Requirement gathering build and delivery of Experia web reimagine. 2 Work with operations customer services sales teams & internal customers assigned to create seamless customer experience processes 3 Analysis of customer queries requests and complaints received via service channels to identify improvement opportunities on customer portal 4 Identify opportunities to reduce leakage to other service channels 5 Proactive service capability build & enhancement basis query analysis and customer need 6 Ongoing Audit of existing information journeys and integrations of customer portal for gap identification and resolution by Liaoning with stakeholders such as IT and PMO 7 Integrate all new products and processes on customer portal , * a) Qualifications b) Should have knowledge of payment ecosystem like BBPS and PPI c) Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company. d) Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. e) Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter Quick learner f) Work Experience g) Should have 3-6 year of experience overall h) Experience of 1 years in customer services or customer facing operations processes will be an added advantage
