* Duties and Responsibilities - Spearhead creative viral moments to garner positive earned media; help us be an innovator in the space and think about how social a part of a cross-platform campaign ideas can be Ideate on fresh tactics to drive social follower growth and engagement; also strategize on how social can help drive PR and app growth Craft smart witty copy in English/Hindi for all platforms and source or create graphics for various platforms Work with our creative team on multimedia social creative as appropriate Stay on top of cutting-edge social media execution tactics and shifts in the social landscape Constantly experiment and then replicate what s effective Collaborate with the Social Media Management team to create fun posts - games memes short videos etc. to grow our social following higher organic reach and engagement Run innovative campaigns to help expand the reach of our campaign properties and content themes Collaborate with businesses brand and comms teams to conceptualize and disseminate information Planning content themes for every month based on external events (festivals/cricket/football/elections/topical days etc.) and the priority businesses of the brand Working with the ecosystem of content creators agency network and influencers to amplify our content reach Boosting social media posts as ads to extend their reach beyond our community Tracking and improving on organic reach engagement levels of posts regularly Managing the brands reputation on social media by monitoring and addressing queries promptly , * 4-5 years experience in social media marketing roles start-ups, consumer durable, FMCG space in India Ability to ideate, think creatively and come up with innovative marketing solutions Hands-on experience in running ads on social media with great copywriting skills Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word. Should have a persuasive writing style thats original yet succinct. Should be able to think of new ideas EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND MBA preferred Bachelors degree in advertising or marketing
