Duties and Responsibilities - To work towards various measures to increasing debit engagement on the wallet platform. Product development: Developed multiple product variants to meet the debit needs customer segment. Product activation: conceptualize & Built activation programs and campaigns to increase the debit activation of the portfolio. Campaign Management: Creating and managing campaigns, analyzing the ROI and retargeting To deliver high level of Customer engagement on all debit activated products. Envisage new and enhance existing modules / integrations to drive wallet debit behavior Generate avenues for repeat debit behavior & customer engagement tools Derive and maintain metrics for debit engagement , MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 3-4 years of experience. Able to manage key internal and external relationships & work in a cross functional team. Possess excellent communication skills and effectively interacts at all levels Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.
