* Duties and Responsibilities - Offer Management To generate the monthly campaign data sets of field/Call center post applying of risk parameters/business policy cuts etc. (SQL/R/Python) To track campaign efficiency on regular basis Through the Door Metrics Management Apply analytical approach to find data opportunities location wise to maintain the estimated risk metrics in control Track and improve key performance indicators, losses and portfolio quality. Support regular and adhoc deep dive data analysis on portfolio metrices Manage any changes in risk policy, TTD indicators, EWS policies and ensure correct processing of cases with relevant data cuts at call center & sales end Assess any early warning signals using data analysis and segmentations and take pro-active policy actions as and when required Liaise with BI team to ensure fresh and rechurn offer activity is completed within timelines Build various process/policy checks on SFDC workflow to ensure minimum leakages downstream by working closely with IT/COE teams Provide relevant data points for Management reporting To liaise with sales teams and ensure resolution of early delinquency cases FEMI & FST Work on delivering critical business projects like Micro-segmentation, FEMI module on SFDC, Contact revival etc , * Graduate/ Post Graduate or MBA Degree in data science/BI With relevant experience of 3-4 prior work experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills. Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
