* Duties and Responsibilities - We are seeking a Unit Manager/Sr Unit Manager who can manage product for B2C PMG. The role involves execution and delivery of test programs with fulfilment of business numbers, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy. He/she would oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently. This role requires working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment; drive sales numbers and deliver product strategies simultaneously. He/She needs to establish and maintain professional networks with subject matter experts managing multiple domain at a time. Strong empowerment and self drive is a must. Responsibilities: Responsible for meticulous scoping, planning and execution of all test programs Oversee the entire delivery and execution process ensuring and facilitating effective team communication and collaboration Managing project management components like project initiation, planning, and execution Able to seek out new problems, develop & implement solutions with a strong sense of ownership Evaluate and improve delivery practices and techniques Drive sales numbers and control all business metrics Manage multiple tasks concurrently, including sales, project delivery and product Work proactively with credit, risk, COE and tech across the organization to resolve critical process issues in a timely manner Fulfil document requirements & technical design between various internal & external teams Strong drive to deliver business numbers, technology adoption, project delivery and domain experience , * 1. Master degree from Premier Institute 2. At least 3 years experience in banking (consulting) domain 3. Understands credit assessment environment and financial product execution 4. A passion for how to use agile and lean practices to improve the speed and quality of delivery 5. Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self -tarter 6. Strong Problem-solving ability 7. Ability to influence peers and other individuals who are not direct reports 8. Strong communication and presentation skills
