Job Description

* Duties and Responsibilities - ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES QA Automation Roadmap Automate process for identifying of content Interface Functional and performance issues on digital assets Hand on experience to code on Selenium Cucumber and other automation aspects Ability to understand business requirements CMS design CMS APIs website designs including UX and Interface elements ability to question and recommend solutions in this space Ability to create Test scenarios test cases and automate them including front end elements. Map this back to the business requirements to ensure that 100% coverage of testing is achieved Create process automation streams by exploring RPA tools Identify correct testing strategy for automation of certain use cases Identify performance enhancement opportunities and define automation process around it Strong orientation towards automation and ability to explore identify and set up new automation processes Complete understanding of STLC and ability to implement a working model for different digital assets Hands on experience on customer facing mobile application/ website and creating end to end regression and smoke tests Experience working with tools like Jira and Confluence or Azure boards QA Responsibilities and Processes Ability to create Test scenarios test strategy test plan test cases and automate them including front end elements. Map this back to the business requirements to ensure that 100% coverage of testing is achieved Understanding of security risk and compliance management processes in the context of IT solutions delivery Must be able to think beyond obvious and find out innovative ways to deliver in tight timelines and chaotic environments CMS platform reporting and governance Continually track digital platform metrics and KPIs to ensure smooth functioning of CMS pages and APIs Generating test reports on regular basis by defining scope of work with partners Setup Monitor of digital property and CMS metrics and proactively identify problems Publish CMS pages and API health fortnightly to senior management Manage and setting the content framework for content operations support post golive tracking governance and reporting progress to senior management fortnightly Regularly create and publish Management information system (MIS) Create a quarterly testing plan based of specific requirement of different digital assets Professional Experience and Qualification 4 to 6 years experience in testing field with major focus on QA of digital assets like website / portals / mobile application Relevant experience in QA with strong knowledge of testing fundamentals Prior experience of Adobe Experience Manager (CMS) and content management systems and workflows is an advantage Exposure to content and multi lingual test case creation and execution Strong understanding of Software testing life cycle and hands on experience in execution , * Professional Experience and Qualification 4 to 6 years experience in testing field with major focus on QA of digital assets like website / portals / mobile application Relevant experience in QA with strong knowledge of testing fundamentals Prior experience of Adobe Experience Manager (CMS) and content management systems and workflows is an advantage Exposure to content and multi lingual test case creation and execution Strong understanding of Software testing life cycle and hands on experience in execution ISQTB Certified / other relevant certification in QA automation or RPA Good exposure in API testing using SOAP UI/Swagger/Postman Hands on experience on customer facing assets and creating end to end regression and smoke tests Good verbal and written communication skills Good MS excel, MS PPT and MS projects skills
