Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Data programs and capabilities Process large volumes of clickstream data and transaction data to create high propensity segments for driving feature penetration and inbound business Drive initiatives like enriching data segmentation of the customers specified campaigns for the existing customers and Prospect customers Run a monthly calendar of data programs to deliver conversion and usage objectives Run various data DOEs to create a feedback loop for the model 2. Campaign Orchestration and programs execution Own and execute campaigns to drive and deliver feature penetration and inbound business Develop and execute packages for customer communication via multiple channels like email SMS notification nudges etc for on and off asset prospecting and engagement. Monthly Campaign planning working with stakeholders and management of the day to day operations of the Inbound campaigns Execute various multi-channel campaigns to drive feature penetration & inbound business using tools like Responsys CDP Google Optimize etc Run various A/B MVT tests to drive campaign KPIs Own campaign governance 3. Post Campaign analysis Monitoring campaign delivery and performance to ensure all targets are met Carrying out post campaign analysis to provide insights to help drive feature penetration & inbound business. 4. Service to Sales Co-own business targets for DIY products portfolio along with the Web Performance Business teams Run various multi-channel campaigns for the above , * Minimum 2-3 experience in similar role including Campaign management, Analytics initiatives preferably in a consumer services company Must have hands-on knowledge of campaign orchestration platforms like Responsys, CDP, Net core.
