we currently have an opening for Process Engineer role for (upstream oil and gas process)Job Location - pune

    • Responsible for Process and mass transfer design and calculations Gas-Liquid separators of upstream (Oil and Gas) , Chemical and Petro-Chemical applications
    • Responsible for process design of upstream application like natural gas drying, natural gas scrubbing, condensate stabilization, gas fractionation & gas sweetening.
  • Key AccountabilitiesMajor ActivitiesKey Result AreaPreparation of Technical ProposalsEnsure that supervisors approval is sought for guarantees committed to the clients.Win Projects on Technical Preference groundCo-ordination and approval of design / calculations from client / consultant as requiredEnsure that other departments get the requisite information / assistance in timeFulfil customer requirements as agreed in contract in terms of Process documentationCarry-out column hydraulic designs using proprietaryCompany softwareCarry-out separator (G_L & G_L-L) hydraulic designs using proprietarycompany software.Perform Technically convincing activities for customer for the proposal that sale has made.Carry-out liquid and gas (vapour) distributor design and other column internals designs for given vapour and liquid loads using proprietary softwarePrepare Preliminary Sketch /revamp arrangement Sketch of distillation column and its internals for Engineering DepartmentCheck GA drawings made by Engineering Department before sending to the customer from Process point of ViewAssist Sales Department for pre-order technical information as required by customerSupport sales department in developing New applicationsMaintaining Reference listAccuracy of Design calculationsTimely and accurate submission and approvals from customerTimely and accurate submission and approvals from customerIn house DocumentationEnhancement of DesignKnow-how and dataBaseTimely /accurate and comprehensive Proposal.
