      Job Duties and Responsibilities
      Single Point of contact for any IT related queries
      All kind of internal user laptop, wireless, network and printer support
      Manage desktops / laptops and support to users through remote-assist tools
      Handling Office 365 Portal (creation of new user and Email Id, assigning licenses, Maintaining). Deletion of users and email backups if any user exits.
      E-Mail Client Configuration & Support (Microsoft Outlook & Office 365)
      Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting on Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 and Linux Operating Systems.
      Tracking the ISP link up time and troubleshooting internet connectivity issues. Working with ISPs in case of link down situations to restore the links
      Network support including network maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration, network cable patching
      Maintain asset registers and other documentation related to infrastructure
      Managing administrative accounts and their passwords
      Managing Servers at multiple locations
      Managing Network Security policies, Antivirus
      Managing Routers, Switches & Firewalls
      Monitoring Firewall Reports and Preparing Security Incident Reports
      Monitoring infrastructure (Network, Servers & PCs) with an eye on potential problems
      Monitoring Leased Lines
      Troubleshooting of Network problems related to DNS, DHCP
      Interact with h/w and s/w vendors and participate in the process of purchase of h/w and s/w.
      Required Skills and Experience
      Fresher or 1 years of experience
      Strong Knowledge and experience in the following technologies:
      Active Directory / DNS / DHCP and Samba services.
      Strong knowledge on group policies.
      Experience working with window servers 2008/2012/2016
      Knowledge of WSUS (Windows patching) service role.
      Forti gate Firewall support (Firewall monitoring, maintaining)
      Knowledge in System Network Configuration and LAN-WAN Topologies.
      Knowledge in configuration of router, network tracing, IP configuration, firewall monitoring, network monitoring.
      Knowledge on creation of VLans, changing of network schema, and Network level troubleshooting.
      Activation of new users in active directory and mail server
      Team player with Good Communication Skills
