Job Description

    *Title: AD Manager (Technical Project Manager) Experience range: 10+ years Time-range for joining: ImmediatePrimary skills:
    • Experience in application governance and implementing best practices:
      • Release Management Process
      • Change Management Process
      • Work Package planning
    • Experience of handling, administrating, and maintaining the status of project including tracking of Tickets on Azure Boards or similar project management tool.
    • Experience of managing Git Repo and managing/ administrating and governing Repository with best practices
    • Experience of handling Git Issues in a large repository
    • Experience of handling any Devops Project will be add on
    • Experience of handling audits for larger portfolio
    • Experience of handling and governing Power BI dashboards as per business needs
    • Basic Project Management skills
    • Leadership skills
      • Managing a team
      • Escalation handling
      • Delegation of work
      • Running small and multiple projects from initiation to closure
      • Excellent communication
      • Cross-team and cross-vendor coordination
      • Stake-holder management including leadership level
    • Good presentation skills
    Nice to Have:
    • Tech hands on of CI/CD (Azure DevOps being plus point)
    • Knowledge of TC and AWC
    • Awareness of technologies like ML/OCR
    • Awareness of cloud technology
