Job Description

    Core MFG industry experience but not with industry pure operations management OR transformation skillset but with consulting skillset (exposure to non-enterprise MFG process and industry value chain). Ideally a big 4 / equivalent person with experience into multiple industry segments (more than one OR all: Heavy Eng. OEM including but not restricted to Iron and Steel , Mat handling Eqpt /Chemicals /Automotive/Electronic Components / Aerospace) Knowhow of new trends , best practices and digital interventions (Industry 4.0, IoT , Analytics etc.) of manufacturing processes Experience in developing and / OR positioning new offerings directly with end customers Excellent communication with good market / industry knowledge . Exposure to an end to end Sales cycle and RFP process Know how and exposure to the BPM / BPO world and mode of operations Some exposure of RFP program management / Solution Architect with multiple service towers Lead Industry solutions for MFG / acted as MFG solutions architect for Core MFG (Non Enterprise) solutions Ideally a Core MFG industry solutions consultant from competition who have significant scale in Core MFG area : ACC, TCS, HCL , Tech M) Candidates with Manufacturing domain, engineer/MBA, started with MFG industry , then bpm industry, doing DTS or bid Management or pre sales,
