Job Description

    Job Role & Responsibilities:
    1. Appraise /underwrite the loan Manage the entire credit application process, right from login to disbursement
    2. Manage quality of portfolio Manage post disbursement documents and partly disbursed cases Co-ordinate with legal, technical, FI and Risk Containment Unit agency for processing the file / docket Training of CPA / DMA / DME
    3. Responsible for TAT of delivering sanction letter and disbursement
    4. Review loan application to determine the completeness of all documents and verify the borrowers qualification for specified loan product credit underwriting.
    5. Composed financial schedules as well as quarterly disclosures and comments as required by. Assisted in the development of quarterly and annual statement sent to company shareholders.
    6. Prepare Credit Appraisal Memo based on income and asset documents, issue loan approval based on the overall worthiness of the Borrower and generate necessary loan conditions if applicable.
    7. Adhere to Group Credit Policy and Code of banking practice with the objective on maximizing revenue and minimizing risk. Research customer requests by gathering all relevant information and data, ensuring all available avenues and sources of information are investigated.
    8. Proper Understanding about credit policies, credit lines, standards, and procedures.
    9. Obtaining and assessing financial information, including financial statements and credit histories.
    10. Collaborating with other financial institutions in setting up loan packages for extensive
