Job Description

    Title : Sales ExecutiveGender : MaleLocation : Aurangabad,Buldhana,Amaravathi,Jalgaon,Nashik,Sangli,Pune,Ahmadnagar,Nimar.Experience : 1 to 3 yearsEducation :Graduate from any agri-business background or having prior experience in agri-product orlending sales or channel salesRoles & Responsibilities :Business Development
    • Identify and prospect potential customers on both the retailer-onboarding and farmer-loan booking front
    • Driving end consumer sales of financial products, both retailers and farmers
    • Sourcing && persuading end consumers to avail financial products from Jai Kisan
    • Conduct regular meetings with the end consumers to describe product benefits
    • Building relationships with the retailers && farmersAchieving the assigned daily/weekly/monthly targets for loan booking and exceeding
    • expectation would be strongly incentivized
    • Escalating ground issues real time to management for immediate resolution
    • Closely working with supervisors to achieve territory
