Job Description

  • Stay supervisorsoversee all daily operations and assist the operationsTeam with all management tasks. Stay supervisorsto workfull-time hours during all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Managing the complete facility (Technical & Soft services) of the residential complex.
  • Maintenance of Electrical Panels, Lifts, DGs, STP, WTP, CCTV, Swimming pool in the facility.
  • Calculation of CAM charges & Billing the same.
  • Maintaining the Inventory of Electrical & Housekeeping consumables.
  • Proper maintenance of accounts on day to day basis.
  • Carrying out preventive maintenance of various equipments.
  • Supervising/Guiding the security & HK staffs.
