Mandate skill -Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM).Location: PAN INDIAExp:8-14 yearsJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Reporting Consultant with a strong background in Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM). The candidate should have8 years of overall experience, including2 years of direct MSM implementation and configuration experience. This role involves designing and deploying MSM-based solutions to manage sustainability KPIs, support regulatory reporting, and drive strategic insights using MSMs advanced capabilities.Should also have hands-on experience with Azure data services and a strong understanding of data architecture, ETL pipelines, and cloud-based analyticsKey Responsibilities:Design and implement MSM-based reporting solutions for internal and external sustainability KPIs.Use MSM Power Query to ingest, transform, and map sustainability data from various sources.Configure and maintain MSM hierarchy and data models to align with organizational structures and reporting needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine sustainability metrics and reporting requirements.Enable statutory and regulatory reporting through MSM, aligned with frameworks like ANGAF etcExplore and implement extended and premium MSM capabilities to drive reporting efficiency and insights.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience with Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM)Functional expertise in sustainability and ESG domainsFamiliarity with data integration and transformation best practices.Design and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and other Azure services.Strong proficiency in SQL and Understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud architecture.If interested please apply.Regards,TA Capgemini
