Manager -Supplier Quality - PUNE.Organisation is into manufacturer of Wiper System and Windshield Washer System and also Exporting motorised products past 60 Years.Qualification -Diploma / BE (Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile)Key Interface:Internal: Production, Design & Development = YES / NOExternal: Suppliers = YES / NOJob Activities:

  • Foreseeing potential risk involved with the supplier while offering any new business or increasing the volume by assessment audit = YES /NO
  • Responsible for the sub component supplier Quality= YES /NO
  • Co-ordination with customer for handling customer quality concern & quality Improvement activity= YES /NO
  • To immediately action upon any reported customer complaint including warranty . Weekly Review on customer quality status including PPM & quality complaints= YES /NO
  • To prepare the corrective action (8D) Report & submit to customer= YES /NO
  • To coordinate with the development team & customer for new product development or engineering change= YES /NO
  • To conduct set up approval ,first off , Last off ,Dock & patrol audit, daily Poke Yoke Verification, Kaizen activity= YES /NO
  • To visit customer to understand the requirement of the product parameter= YES /NO
  • To develop prototype samples & conduct the fitment trial functions= YES /NO
  • To improve the quality of the product through design change= YES /NO
  • Supplier Quality Management= YES /NO
  • Management System ISO TS 16949= YES /NO
