Baner - Pune.Organization is into Manufacturing of packaging paper products from 1985.Gender - FemaleQualification -Any Graduate ( With Good Communication )Technical - Typing, M S office, Word, Excel, Internet, Mails.Communication - English Fluent.Experience - 0-2 YearsResponsibility :-Skills :-

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication.
  • Fast learner, networking skills, high energy
  • strong negotiation skills and understanding of business principles
Scope:-
  • Act as a Management Representative for Customer.
  • Build Relationships with key employees among customers.
  • Schedule Regular meeting with customers to ensure they are satisfied.
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
Pre-Sales:-
  • Review of enquires, sending an initial response to customers.
  • Coordination with various departments like design, purchase for getting the required technical details necessary to prepare techno-commercial offer.
  • Preparation of techno-commercial offers in coordination with sales & production personnel.
Post-Sales:-
  • Sending order acceptance to the customers after reviewing the orders in accordance with quotation & technical documents submitted & negotiated.
  • Ensuring timely execution of orders within the stipulated time by regular monitoring and follow up with design, store, purchase, production, and commercial.
  • Coordinating with customers for pre and post-dispatch formalities.
  • Act as a point of contact for complaints & resolve / escalate issues as appropriate
  • Follow up for payment as per agreed terms.
