Manager - In Process Quality - PUNE.Organisation is into manufacturer of Wiper System and Windshield Washer System and also Exporting motorised products past 60 Years.Qualification -Diploma / BE (Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile)Key Interface:Internal: Production, Design & Development = YES / NOExternal: Suppliers = YES / NOJob Activities:

  • Effectively conducting the Companys quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods.= YES / NO
  • Ensuring elimination of customer complaints by preparing effective action plans to address the same.= YES / NO
  • Effectively managing quality assurance at all the stages - In-process and dispatch.= YES / NO
  • To coordinate with the development team & customer for new product development or engineering change.= YES / NO
  • Design and monitor the QA records; analyzing the same to undertake actionable QA initiatives.= YES / NO
  • Lead the internal audit programs and quality inspection programs with utmost efficiency.= YES / NO
  • To develop prototype samples & conduct the fitment trial functions= YES / NO
  • To improve the quality of the product through design change.= YES / NO
  • Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications= YES / NO
