Greetings from SEDEMAC We have an urgent opening for the post of Engineer - Thermal Design for Pune (Bhosari) Location. Job Description: 1) Carried out a thermal design analysis for ECU PCB & Casing. 2) Design heat sink for reliable operation of ECU. 3) Assist electronic and PCB designer for thermal challenges in designs. 4) System and PCB level thermal simulation for ECU. 5) Understand and benchmark the different material for casing and PCB on thermal point of view. Required experience and skills: 1) Good know how of thermal design for PCB and casing design. 2) Excellent know how of different mode of heat transfer (Conduction, convection and radiation) 3) Good know how of Thermal Simulation Tool (Ansys Icepack , Mentor Graphic Flowtherm) 4) Strong in Physics and Maths. 5) Heat Sink design for ECUs. 6) Excellent documentation, reporting and communication skills. 7) A good team Player Qualification: B.E /B Tech / M Tech in Electronics /Electrical / Mechanical engineering. Experience: 0-2 years experience of Thermal Design and Simulation Company Profile: We are a products company focused on controls for small engines and powertrains.
