Role and responsibilities:1. Handling the complete recruitment, Sourcing, screening, follow up, maintain tracker, salary negotiation. 2. Recruiting candidates for different positions for leading Global IT Companies/Non IT Companies.3.Interacting with clients on regular basis to understand the specific requirements, strategize and plan the recruitment activity and implement it.
