To monitor that the quality system meets with the requirements of the ISO 15189:2012 and is established, implemented and maintained.2. To Co-ordinate with staff on Quality related aspects.3. To perform and analyze the chromosomal abnormalities in client sample.4. To review and approval of documented procedures5. To ensure Staff following approved test methods.6. To monitor the Corrective and Preventive actions.7. To perform the NGS and data analyze data for the client samples.8. To deal with Non-conforming materials, processes and equipment.9. To coordinate with client, referring, physician in respective of result interpretation.10. In absence of Manager, Assistant manager or equivalent will be responsible for department activities and vice versa. However, the overall responsibility lies with the Manager.11. In absence of Laboratory Director the manager shall take up the responsibilities for smooth functioning of lab.12. To ensure the smooth technical operation in the lab.13. Responsible for maintaining the TAT of report dispatch.14. To resolve any technical queries in coordination with the reporting authority within the TAT.15. To maintain the management MIS for sample status, report dispatch & query resolution.16. To monitor the internal and external quality control programmes in the department.17. Yearly twice to perform Performance appraisal & Competency for department personnels.18. To perform the Interlab Comparison as per the standards.19. To train the new employees and provide continuing education to the laboratory personnels whenever required.20. To maintain the inventory management to intimate and take approval from the management for any changes.21. To ensure that friendly and cordial environment is maintained in the laboratory.22. To monitor the lab instruments are duly maintained and calibrated.23. Maintaining and verifying the quality objective periodically.24. Any other work assigned by the superior from time to time.
