Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES-ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

  • Read blueprints or technical diagrams before doing work
  • Experience in handling HV and LV power distribution networks
  • Install themain panel board and breakers and finish it A toZ
  • Install and maintain Wiring and Lighting systems in houses
  • Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers and know how to do the electrical load.
  • Have knowledge on the earthling system on buildings
  • Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices
  • Repair or replace wiring, equipment,or fixtures using hand tools and power tools
  • Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment
Customer-service skills. He will work with people on a regular basis. As a result, they should be friendly and be able to address customers questions. A valid driving license and the ability to drive a company van and comply with the requirements of the Company insurers.

  • Experience of carrying out maintenance work in high-quality properties/housing.

RESPONSIBILITIES-HVAC TECHNICIAN
  • Heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration mechanics
  • Use blueprints or design specifications to install or repair HVACR systems
  • understand the electrical circuit map of the AC unite
  • Connect systems to Gas and water supply lines, air ducts
  • Install electrical wiring and controls and test for proper operation
  • Inspect and maintain customers HVACR systems (contractors,capacitor.outdoor fancompressors)
  • Test individual AC components to determine necessary repairs
  • Change AC compressor and do vacuum for the unite distribution lines.
  • cleaning the outdoor condenser with gas(nitrogen)Repair or replace worn or defective parts
  • Determine HVACR systems energy use and make recommendations to improve efficiency
  • A good experience in Maintenance for all AC systems duct or ductless Chiller, Central, Package, split at least 5 years
