Dear Candidate, We are hiring Senior Sales Executive/ASM for our client who is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of residential and commercial water heaters, boilers and purifiers offering a comprehensive product line featuring the best-known brands and with manufacturing operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, India, and China. The Company has the global reach to serve customers worldwide. Job Position: - Senior Sales Executive / ASM Qualification: - Graduate, preferably MBA- Marketing Experience :- 6-8 years of experience in Channel Sales, Dealer & Distributor Management from Consumer Durables / Appliances, Electrical industry. Salary: - 7 to 8 LPA (which includes 15% variable) Location: - PUNE Work duties & Skills required:- Exposure into direct Dealer /distribution line-general trade (Majorly into regional retail) & channel sales. Should know local market very well as per general trade/regional retail is concerned. Will be based in Pune and handle the operations of Pune Market which will include handling of Dealers, Distributors, and Key Account formats. He will be responsible for the sales and marketing of WH &WT Products based out of Pune and handling the Pune Market. He will be setting up of primary & secondary distribution network for the products He requires meeting and exceeding annual sales targets within the area and maintains good business relationships within the small appliance store, electrical, white goods, and the retail channel within the area He will be responsible for Pricing Control & Management and report to accounting with concerns regarding prompt on-time payment or credit risks within the area. Note :-Profiles from water purifier/treatment background would be added advantage. Shift timing: - 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri) Interested CandidatesSalary 7 Lac To 8 Lac P.A.
