Skill Set Required:Trainer; Management Training;Organizational Development;Client Consultations; TNI to TNA to ADDIE,As a Trainer person should be able to: 8-10 years of Training experience with 2-5 years in business operations.Must be able to successfully train batches for customer services, sales, soft-skills & behavioral.Eager to learn more to provide trainings offered in our organization after going through TTT and self-learning.Must be comfortable in training via Instructor Led, Webinars and Workshop modes.Should be able to develop content for a new team process, product or other interventions in IT and nonIT space.Perform activities towards learning and development interventions seamlesslyFacilitating training interventions Thorough Content Curation Certified Trainer & Facilitator will be added advantage In addition to above as a Learning Partner to stakeholders:Set up brand of L&D as location partner Reach out to stake holders for recommendation and nominations Set up periodic meetings for TNI and TNA along with Budget versus Expense calculation for the stakeholders Reach out to Vendors for optimal solution for stakeholder request Help Operations team with local information in standardized way Maintain and Manage data towards all interventions including training and other events Pre Event Organization and Communication Post Event closure and data maintenance Bring and own plan for execution to L&D Goals Consult Stakeholder and foster learning environment by mapping their needs and bringing their training requests to completion Reach out to almost all employees and managers for TNI and its execution based on budget approvals and identifying optimum vendors Interact with vendors to review and suggest content for appropriate developmental interventions Be available to all associated with respect to Learning and Development queriesPerson overall should be: Influencer; Outspoken; Amiable; Assertive; Solution Provider; Self Motivated; Happy; Cordial; Challenge the status quo; Innovative; Curious; Critical thinker; Few others: Business Awareness IT; Adaptive and Generative Learning; Content Curation for various media by various media.
