Good hands on Knowledge on Managing O365 services and features. Good understanding of different O365 services like Exchange online, Sharepoint Online, Onenote, Teams, Skype for Business, Planner, Delve, etc. issues on email and driving them to resolution as per the agreed SLAs with customer. Provide End user support regarding any O365 suite related issues. Performing regular health checks to make sure the O365 services are working as expected. Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotational shifts. Co-ordinating with L3 teams to provide assistance, resolutions during Major Incident scenarios. Working with Technical Vendors to provide resolutions on ongoing issues. Experience in production support and resolving end user issues.
