Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - 3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) 1. Project planning and reporting Project management for end to end process & solutioning of FD (Fixed Deposit). This will include - Requirement gathering user story creation development tracking Testing production sanity and sustenance for the projects KPI development and monitoring for FD & LAFD. Continuous syncing with IT team for the developments related to FD & LMS core systems and its end to end tracking Responsible for managing project management components like project initiation planning ROI estimation and execution. Strong technology adoption project delivery and domain experience in Card Operations. Identify the opportunities of automation in FD Ops process to enhance the end to end process Work in collaboration with IT business and Operations team for the new developments in FD sourcing and servcing systems Manage all the ongoing projects of operations in terms of tracking testing and delivery to Operations team Scope plan and execute multiple quick-turnaround projects for FD sourcing and servicing systems Responsible for managing & defining solutions for business requirements with respect to system fitment with keeping operational process in centre Responsible for managing requirements from business units across multiple systems and platforms like SFDC Finnone Finacle DMS Pennant Web Portal etc . Ensuring timely delivery of project & respective deliverables Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on project deliverables Preparation of management MIS on various IT projects and deliveries. Responsible for management of operational issues and interface with IT delivery managers business units and QA team for resolution. 2. Project lifecycle management Understand change requirements and evaluate to take decision on selection of processes for automation based on impact and extent of change For all projects in post-production guide sustenance monitoring to ensure appropriate approach is adopted to better understand pilot response/ feedback and ensure smooth and stable execution. 3. Project management Review the project plans prepared by the team for all projects and provide inputs on enhancing effectiveness and efficiencies and deliver within timelines Review achievement of project milestones adherence to timelines etc.; Resolve issues roadblocks and escalations to ensure delivery as per desired objectives Engage with business stakeholders/ Operations to provide status update on projects (for business/ Operations initiated projects) and to update on delays / issues / deviations and agree on revision of timelines/ scope of project , * SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications MBA/Post Graduate Degree b) Work Experience Minimum 4 to 5 year experience in project management in FD and Lending systems. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Strong lending domain and process understanding Negotiation Skills & influencing skills with Excellent Communication Good team player with a bent of mind for technology and Problem Solving
