Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Were Opening for us mortgage executiveRoles & Responsibilities:-Reviewing loan files according to the agency guidelines (Fannie and Freddie).Knowledge of Govt. loans is an added advantage.- Experience in Non-QM loans is an added advantage.- Analyze Appraisal report and collateral offered in the loan file to determine acceptability and calculate appropriate LTV ratios for decisions.- Calculate and analyze LTV/CLTV/HCLTV/DTI/HTI.- Verify and analyze complex financial statements, asset statements as well as personal and business income tax returns.- Review the required conditions to approve loan and communicate requirements to appropriate parties.- Review and analyze compliance related documents. Verify state and federal guidelines for loan compliance.Regards,Team HR
