Mortgage Underwriting - Manager Qualifications: Minimum Bachelors Degree Candidate Specification: 8+ years of work experience in Mortgage Origination UW is mandatory. Good knowledge of the industry and Fair Lending processes, products, and services. Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Develops positive working relationships with others, and effectively maintains them over time. Looking for Mortgage Underwriter with an experience of 8 years and must have good understanding of established guidelines, Fair Lending and all other regulatory requirements. Uses established procedures and significant job experiences to perform moderately complex to complex work assignments and problem resolution. Utilizes lending and exception authority and intermediate understanding of all aspects of Mortgage Underwriting and portfolio guidelines to underwrite moderately complex to complex loan files Reviews and evaluates credit applications to assess the loan package for approval of fraudulent activity. Maintains and applies intermediate knowledge of Real Estate underwriting business and industry practices, and adheres to established Service Level Objectives (SLOs). ,
