You are curious and constantly pushing your craft to the next level. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Contribute to the design of useful, usable, and desirable user interfaces in a team environment. Create user- centered designs by considering market segment analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings. Use business requirements and customer research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high- level requirements. Design the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences. Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, click- throughs, and prototypes. Develop and maintain detailed user- interface specifications and design patterns. Present design work to the product team and stakeholders for review and feedback. Experience using research and analytics to inform design Great eye for visual design and layout. Ability to translate thoughtful design choices into meaningful decisions that will drive better experiences and performance. A strong track record of iterative design, working closely with peers and cross- functional team members (product owners / managers, business analysts and developers) from inception through implementation. Ability to work gracefully and have a bias for action in a fast- paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. Ability to drive the design review cycle and close on design requirements independently Fluency in best practices for mobile design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques. Command of industry best practices in interaction design, usability and accessibility, and scalable, dynamic web and app interfaces Ability to create lightweight click- through prototypes to test ideas. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: List minimum education, certification, years of experience, etc. which are required to perform the job. Education Bachelors degree in design, human- computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience. Relevant Work Experience At least 5 - 7 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, hybrid designer, or similar role. Additional Skills Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: List any preferred education, certifications, years of experience, etc Relevant Work Experience Understanding of web and responsive / mobile architecture. Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Proven depth of experience in creating beautiful, user- centered design solutions represented by a portfolio of work (a must).,
