    Job Requisition ID #22WD56932Position OverviewAutodesk is looking for a UX Manager to join our Fusion 360 Experience Design (XD) team to help lead and support a team of experience designers focused on transforming the product design and manufacturing industry.In this role, you will mentor and manage a UX team to craft the next generation of Design and Documentation functionality within the Autodesk Fusion 360 product. Located in Pune, India, you will collaborate with a team of UX designers and cross-functional peers in Product Management, Software Engineering, Software Architecture, Content Development, and Quality Assurance, to create compelling design artifacts that help our customers solve their most critical design and make problems. Outcomes will be about helping us create solutions that follow a UX strategy to both delight the customer and meet business objectives and deadlines.     • Define and manage great experiences from initial concept through successful implementation ensuring quantifiable business impact via data-driven, informed and people-centric design goals
    • Partner collaboratively with engineering teams and product managers to provide interaction design solutions that deliver usable and desired value to customers while understanding technical constraints and effectively balancing quality and speed of delivery
    • Distill and communicate complex ideas, large amounts of data and viewpoints to their essence while keeping an eye on the bigger pictures and considering every touch point along the user journey
    • Manage and guide the design team to produce design documentation and other artifacts for use by a wide range of audiences to gain team alignment.
    • Promote a culture of rapid iteration based on insights gleaned from customer research and data analytics
    • Gather and utilize customer usage, adoption metrics and other analytics data to inform design decisions, specifics of features or service flows
    • Embedded, daily communication with developers, product managers and related project stakeholders
    • Identify and drive opportunities to align design and user experiences across the Fusion 360 platform
    Minimum Qualifications
    • 5-7 years experience in experience design or related field
    • 2-3 years experience mentoring team members or managing a team
    • Bachelors or equivalent work experience; Masters preferred
    • Sound fundamentals in human-centered design best practices
    • Experience driving and articulating a design vision that aligns to customer and business priorities
    • Experience with Autodesk products, CAD/CAM technologies (Mastercam, SOLIDWORKS, OnShape, Blender, Creo) or designed solutions for complex, multi-faceted experiences like data visualization, 3D modeling, and/or simulation
    • Experience in Agile methodologies and working with cross-functional teams to execute on an overall strategy
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile and collaborative cross-functional environment
    • Able to influence decision-making at all levels
    • Good communicator and storyteller, able to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience
    • Current portfolio of UX project related work
