Build your career with us and apply today. #MadeForGreater Summary We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and a self-driven candidate to join Asset Management Technology Organization on the Investment Accounting, Reporting an Performance management team. In this exciting and challenging role, the candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting Snowflake application support across multiple Cloud data project, leveraging his/her expertise in Snowflake. Major Duties
• Candidate will be responsible for supporting very large scale data cloud solutions using Snowflake capabilities and features.
• Work closely with application leads, data modelers, cloud engineers and architects to understand the implementation and provide the required support.
• Understand and support Snowflake JavaScript procedures
• Expert in writing SQL queries
Required Knowledge/Skills
• Working knowledge of SnowSQL functions like Scalar, Aggregate, Windows and UDF functions & expert knowledge on data ingestion features like Snow stage, file formats, pipes, streams, sequence and task to ingest data.
• Working knowledge of SnowCLI or Snowflake API features, generating task, workflows, dependency etc. to load/unload data from Snowflake application.
• Good knowledge of database objects like schemas, tables/views, sequence, Stored Proc, Functions, etc
• Understanding of data object management, Concepts of Transactions, SQL variables, schema/share data and Db management in snowflake
• Knowledge of Snowflake API such as Kafka, Python or Spark for data loading, SQL API for interacting with Snowflake cloud or using snowpark API
• Knowledge of Data Vault models, Reporting or Dimension data models and using Publish views in snowflake for reporting
• Exposure to Snowflake capabilities like Copy command, Streams, Tasks, Time Travel is a plus
• Handling Parquet, JSON files is a plus
• Working knowledge of any ETL tool (Alteryx, Informatica, DataStage or SSIS etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), Schedular applications like Control -M and Cloud tools like Azure data factory is preferred.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in supporting Cloud data projects
• Experience with any cloud platform AWS/Azure/GCP
• Good communication and articulation skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management in high-pressure situations
• Experience in Financial Services Industry

Experience
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
