Open door and highly ethical work culture, with due accountability.Medline is continuing to expand our operations in Pune and is looking for a Vendor Contract Specialist, to implement and maintain contract pricing for prime vendor and non-prime vendor accounts for branded products. Communicate all aspects concerning fulfillment of contractual obligations with contracting parties. Some of the responsibilities are: Create all necessary contracts, added items and make any appropriate changes, such as pricing and end dates under general and direct guidance. Create and maintain non- contracted pricing for prime vendor and non-prime vendor accounts. Work expiring contracts, contact vendors for updates; make necessary system adjustments. Resolve rebate discrepancies. Work and coordinate with Rebate team. Contact vendors to obtain contract pricing and tier eligibility. Research and resolve pricing questions submitted by customers, DSMs and representatives. Skills / Experience / Qualifications Experience providing customer service to internal and/ or external customers including meeting quality standards for services. Previous contracting/ pricing experience is preferred Intermediate to Advanced level skills in MS -Excel, MS-Access Good Analytical Skills Strong and polished English communication, both written and verbal. SAP, Vistex and/ or AS400 experience. Educational Qualification Any Graduate/ Post Graduate 2-4 years of relevant experience Required Skills Experience providing customer service to internal and/ or external customers including meeting quality standards for services. Previous contracting/ pricing experience is preferred Intermediate to Advanced level skills in MS -Excel, MS-Access Good Analytical Skills Strong and polished English communication, both written and verbal.
