Job Description: This position is responsible for, but not limited to the tasks to be performed on a daily/ weekly basis as below- Process various email requests Manipulate large amount of data in Excel efficiently and accurately Load large pricing spreadsheets in the system by utilizing different tools To ensure prompt email processing is maintained Accurate order maintenance, report distribution and debit memo processing Customer return and allocations Work on product related projects Perform additional tasks as necessary to support the day to day responsibilities of the Department Skills / Experience / Qualifications Previous vendor data/ operations experience is preferred Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data manipulation, V-lookups, Pivot Table etc.) Good written English communication skills Customer service skills ERP/ SAP experience is preferred Must be flexible to work overtime during high influx of requests Strong problem solving ability and attention to detail Project management type organizational ability and skills Deadline and detail orientated individual Must be a team player HEAT Software experience is an added advantage Educational Qualification Any Graduate/ Post Graduate Work Experience: 1-4 years of relevant experience ,
