Job Description

DescriptionResponsible for the overall leadership of Commercial & Residential Solutions businesses in India, including but not limited to the Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing/Distribution operations, Engineering centres, Cold Chain Operations, etc., in India. Besides, this role will also provide local oversight to drive coordination and collaboration of ComResresources/initiatives in India. The incumbent will report to President, Asia & MEA. Reporting to this role will be local management team. Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and execute key initiatives to drive Climate India P&L and deliver Commercial and Residential Solutions sales and profitability thru different strategies
  • Collaborate with regional product business leaders and engineering/planning leader in Asia to formulate product and business development strategies for different vertical businesses and execute/deliver new business opportunitie
  • Build relationships with customers, channel partners, industry experts and other stakeholders
  • Execute strategic customer connect programs to create and engage customer satisfaction
  • Drive company-wide operations/perfect execution strategies and focus on continuous improvement of Productivity, Safety & Quality metrics
  • Provide company-wide inspirational leadership and create an environment which encourage high performance, coaching & supportive culture to facilitate organization development and high team morale
Additional InformationTravel 40 -60%, *Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in technical or business field and Master Degree. MBA is a plus.
  • 20 years+ professional work experience in business operation, prior experience in handling P&L will be useful
  • Able to maintain perspective of the Emerson priorities and support team in their needs
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization with strong communicative and collaborate attitude
  • Strong strategic and commercial mindset, growth-oriented. Prior experience in managing operations or engineering sites will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
