Job Description

We are Looking for a Vice President (Pune Head) with minimum 18 years of experience for a renowned real estate company.Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of all the responsibilities of the financial performance of all the projects in Pune region.
  • Development of high-performance teams who will focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all business activities including construction, maintenance, and sales are in compliance with various laws.
  • Developing SOP and setting up processes
  • Execution of sales and marketing strategies to increase the sales volume
  • Taking care of customer relationship pre and post-handover
