Job Description

  • Global Head of Service Optimisation for Vodafone Business Shared Services
  • Accountable for Service Optimisation across 24 Service Lines and 5 locations across India, Hungary and Egypt
  • Accountable for designing, building and implementing Experience 360 Programme across VBSS
  • Design, Develop & Implement Operational Excellence Roadmap in consultation with all key stake holders Service Delivery Leaders & Location Leads.
  • Design, develop and implement Knowledge Management Program for VBSS covering Process Coach Program across locations.
  • Design, develop and implement Model Office program in conjunctionwith the Head of Transformation, VBSS.
  • Support GPO roadmap implementation along with VBSS improvement / transformation programs.
  • Deliver tangible PartnerValue as per agreed targets, in addition to meeting & exceeding process efficiency and effectiveness targets in terms of FTEs.
  • Develop Lean Culture by building capability at the grass root level and beyond. Roll out Basic & Advanced Lean Programs across 3 locations.
  • Develop Customer Journey Mapping for all mission critical processes in consultation with Service Delivery Leads and Markets to support the Digital MaturityIndex Development.
  • Identify & Undertake Lean Six Sigma DMAIC Green Belt, Black Belt & Master Black Belt Projects to reduce process defects and improve process efficiency & effectiveness.
  • Manage the ISO 9001 2015 program effectively with the British Standards Institute (BSI) or relevant Quality Benchmark for VBSS
  • Coach, mentor, develop & retaina team of Lean & Six Sigma Black Belts / Master Black Belts as they will bethe strategic assets who can be leveraged for long term competitive advantage.

  • Should be a Certified Lean Master / Six Sigma DMAIC Master Black Belt
  • Engineering Graduate prefered
  • Min Qualification Masters - Prefered in Management, Statistics, Operations Management
