We are looking for a Graphic Designer who s highly creative and has a sharp eye for visual details. Design requirements cut across areas like digital marketing, interactive website design, advertising (digital and traditional), social media marketing, video and content marketing, infographics, event marketing, email marketing, branding, presentations, product demonstrations, posters, flyers, signage design, and branded merchandise design. Role:
Understand key concepts of B2B product branding especially in the technology software space
Produce final design solutions for various formats - slides, decks, ads, web pages, infographics, case-studies, e-books, whitepapers etc.
Research competition / peers for design ideas pitch creative ideas that enhance branding
Exposure to animation / video scripting, storyboarding will be a big advantage
Use various techniques to create design mockups, drafts, models and prototypes
Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product interface, app design, visuals and experience
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Skills Required:
Around 3-6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer preferably in B2B IT industry
Experience with design software and graphics editing tools (Illustrator, CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with design techniques (image manipulation, photo editing, etc.)
Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
Time management and multitasking, creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
Some knowledge or exposure about web development, social media, digital marketing terms and animation will be preferred but not mandatory
Good to have: product UI design, mobile UI design, data visualization, storyboarding, simple gaming design
Technical Stack: Exposure to below skills will be highly regarded-
Understanding of user-experience design for mobile and the web, technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and ability to show relevant work
Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Dreamweaver)
Video/Audiography Software (Adobe Premiere, Adobe Captiva, Camtasia, Adobe Audition)
Stock images, Office Software (MS Office, Google Apps)
Basic process knowledge of web programming CMS publishing/management (HTML, CSS, PHP, Bootstrap, Wordpress, Joomla)
