    • Project Role :Database Administrator
    • Project Role Description :Administer, develop, test, or demonstrate databases. Perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. Install database management systems (DBMS) and provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.

        • Key Responsibilities : 1-Liaising with the customer technical representatives 2- Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features 3-Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool 4-Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer 5-Troubleshoot issues with Windows Server Deployment
        • Technical Experience : 1-Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Microsoft Windows Server Administration Windows 2k3/8/12/16 2-Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on VMware Administration vSphere 5x and 6x versions 3-Hands on experience in WSUS and SCCM 4- Should have 3 years of experience in Operational support roles 5- Should have supported Datacenter deployments 6- Should have experience performing Datacenter transitions / transformations
        • Professional Attributes : 1-Excellent Written and Verbal Communication 2-Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts 3-Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area and understanding them in the context of the business
