Job Description

  • Lead the Data & Analytics unit in VSSI which deliver analytics solutions to various Vodafone markets globally
  • Develop & manage deep engagement with new & existing senior stakeholders across Vodafone
  • Support Headof GBIS & Group BI on the Group BI Strategy & execute the analytics strategy within
  • Design & build an effective Analytics organization to deliver on the strategy
  • Create strong processes for seamless delivery
  • Enhance knowledge on strategic leadership
Responsible for the delivery of Data & Analytics from VSS
  • Creation& delivery of the Data & Analytics Strategy
  • Senior Stakeholder management
  • Establish strong processes for seamless service delivery within budgets
  • Building a strong, competent and engaged team
  • Support Group BI / GBIS to build & deliver Group Analytics strategy

  • Years of experience: 16 plus years in relevant domain / technologies
  • People Management Experience of atleast 5 years with exposure to building & managing large orgs
  • Strong written & verbal communication & articulation skills
  • Ability to navigate through complex organizational structures
  • Ability to create & deliver on Organizational Strategy
  • Experience in dealing with Leadership & Senior Stakeholders
Education: Graduate or PG in Engineering / Business Management / Computer Application / Statistics / EconomicsCertifications in relevant areas would be advantageous
