Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager/ Supply Chain AnalystCriteria: Graduates with min 3 yrs. exp into Warehouse operations with knowledge of SAP, ERPKnowledge & Skills Knowledge of warehouse management, Verbal and written communication skills Understanding of road transportation and all relevant forms Responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehoused goods. Management of warehouse. Safeguards warehouse operations and stock by monitoring security and safety procedures. Ensuring temperature maintenance of ware house. Record keeping of temperature log of warehouse. Communication with Import/ Export Executive and CSRs. Reporting updates on stocks, planning of dispatches and executed dispatches. Tracking deliveries and reporting thereof. External Co- ordination with local transporters. Co- ordination with service provider. Maintenance and basic check of Diesel Operated Generator and other utilities. Responsible for inventory control Responsible for Wall to wall stock count, Stock report generation, Reconciliation with SAP system stock with Physical verification of imported materials, Supervising loading and unloading material Preparation of Invoices. Record keeping of documents related import and export, Maintaining confidentiality of all commercial information Daily report generation. Maintain and monitor physical condition of warehouse and ask Service Provider to keep this as per company requirement. Maintain FIFO operation by proper arrangement of incoming materials.
