Job Description

* Duties and Responsibilities - WHY THIS POSITION IS REQUIRED Our footprint is growing manifolds and the points of interaction with the customer are multiplying. We need to ensure that we create highly intuitive custom & simple user experiences across all the digital mediums App & Web. We need someone who can create these experiences through visual & interaction design; by simplifying the complex business processes of consumer lending. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DESIGN Demonstrate knowledge of product/platform features and ability to conceptualize design build and develop a new product technology or service from concept through to production Lead Interaction Design Interface Design UX Design Graphic Design with emphasis on UX Lead & design highly intuitive user experiences interactions & journeys on mobile app & websites while balancing user persona needs business objectives Simplify the complex business processes & journeys into simple designs & interactions Design for all devices and form factors Make the users digital experience useful usable and enjoyable Track user behavior and design performance and accordingly tweak the design approach Run experiments including A/B and multi-variate tests heat-maps. Etc. to evaluate and improve design performance for business Perform user research including personal interviews with users and stakeholders competitive analysis online surveys and focus groups to learn about users: their behavior goals motivations and needs Represent the voice of the user and bring an outside-in perspective Continuously keep updated with the latest in the world of design UX UI and user behavior Create wireframes prototypes & VDs using tools such as Lucidchart Balsamiq Mockflow FluidUI InDesign Sketch Invision Studio Axure Marvel Adobe XD and Photoshop STAKEHOLDER AGENCY AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT Project planning tracking using Azure boards monitoring and reporting for allocated digital assets setup and ongoing enhancements Interface with internal stakeholders like Business Product COEs IT Marketing. Etc. to understand and help achieve business objectives through design Drive the team s motivation performance and development Manage the end-to-end design & in-app content from project point of view Track agencies work on an ongoing basis to get the finest work out of them KEY METRICS Friction Factor in the user s journey with focus on 3-click journeys Quality and quantity of user interactions on digital assets Design-led asset performance improvements Adherence to delivery timelines Business KPIs , * REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelor s/Master s degree in Design Ability to manage delivery workload by setting priorities, planning, and monitoring progress, ensuring meeting deadlines and budgets set by sponsors Experience owning a project vision, execution and quality Proven excellence in Interaction and Visual design Project, stake holder and agency management skills Strong communication and presentation skills Able to function, adapt and succeed in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment Familiarity with Agile software development processes and methodologies Knowledge of web-based technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions Lucidchart, Balsamiq, Mockflow, FluidUI, InDesign, Sketch, Invision Studio, Axure, Marvel, Adobe XD, and Photoshop Working knowledge of Content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager, Magento APTITUDE Leadership & team management Initiative, Hard work, ownership, execution rigor and pro-activeness Multi-stakeholder management Ambition and willingness to stretch Speed and agility Comfort in a high-pressure environment; ability to manage ambiguity and change Fine mix of analytical and creative thinking Attention to detail Bias for execution and results EXPERIENCE 8-10 years as a seasoned UI/UX/Interaction designer for Mobile Apps & Web in a high-growth digital environment Relevant industry experience designing mobile applications, experiences, websites, products and services that balance user needs, business objectives and technological constraints Proven delivery of world-class design projects for digital destinations that outperform rivals on design Experience of an agency-side design & project management is preferred
