Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Co-ordination with local sales team Sales SM and ASMs for business projection on weekly basis Manage working stock of a week to handle any immediate requirements Keeping track of existing inventories in the given territory and mapping with projection. Initiating new indent with central team based on the requirement Ensuring no stock out situation and internal redistribution on need basis Maintain per unit distribution cost as per budget Support sales team in reverse logistics Co-ordinates with sales SPOCs to get the acknowledgement for distributed inventories Co-ordinates with sales SPOCs to reconcile inventories on monthly basis Co-ordination with distribution partners for new orders / deliveries etc. Keeping control on damaged / lost inventories , * Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills Customer focused Proven analytical, problem solving and organizational skills Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects through to completion and to manage competing priorities Project management skills EXPERIENCE - Should have prior experience in logistics management of QR and EDC. Ability to work independently and handled the smooth operations of QR /EDC logistics APTITUDE - Should be a problem solver, open to learn new things, goal oriented, good team player
