Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Project Management (Annual Operation Projects) in terms of Requirement submission Tracking Testing Delivery Sustenance and Handover 2. Managing Customer Portal Experia a. Monthly audit of portal b. Publish monthly dashboard c. Publish monthly NPS dashboard d. Execute action items identified from points a b and c and track them to closure 3. Identify self-service opportunities on Experia and create functionalities by analysing query data and other sources of input 4. Ensure timely communication to stakeholders (weekly and monthly progress updates) 5. Identify and execute Quick Hit solutions for process/ functionality gaps highlighted through various audits 6. Create and maintain Project tracker and Gantt chart 7. Work closely with IT and Marketing for new developments (functionalities and collaterals) 8. Work closely with vendors/partners for relevant project requirements 9. Invoice processing for costs incurred when employing vendor services for projects being executed. Maintenance of invoice records.,* Graduate/ Post Graduate with 5-6 years of prior experience handling similar responsibilities Should be proficient in using MS- PowerPoint Should have experience working on projects involving multiple stakeholders Should be an outcome oriented individual
