Job Description

* Duties and Responsibilities - Own and drive the strategic roadmap and development in business specific solutions / process automations. Drive various Partner Processes in DMS ecosystem & rigorous monitoring though KPIs & control charts. Closely track industry trends and adapt strategy to bring more process efficiencies by leveraging automations and reducing process TATs. Working closely with various leaders across the organization and frequent engagement to have full understanding of their units and partner requirements. Stay vigilant on various regulatory guidelines and ensure implementations of requirements to stay complied. Support business team to drive business numbers by creating frictionless partner management processes with a view of meeting the organizational objectives. Work with Project Managers in other solutions for cross leveraging features and capabilities. Liaise with inter & intra department SPOCs to deliver/implement projects & KPIs. Liaise with various departments like Legal Compliance Finance Credit & Banking Operations. Liaise with external vendors or support executives. , * a) Qualifications Graduation / Postgraduate b) Work Experience Minimum 12-15 years of experience in banking industry/ NBFC Should have sound knowledge of Collection ecosystem, Process building, Operations & Executions with technological bend. Should have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. Should have experience of handling large team & different stakeholders Should be an excellent Team Player & Interpersonal Skills High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials
