Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Updating content on Company website via CMS platform, Crownpeak
  • Maintaining website on a daily basis (content, development, troubleshooting, etc)
  • Leveraging Google Analytics to report on web performance and using web traffic data to guide a dynamic user experience
  • Collaborate with the rest of the engineering and marketing teams to design and launch new features
  • Maintain code integrity and organization
  • Development experience for both mobile and desktop
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team acting as liaison between departments
  • Understand key performance indicators and ensure that everything we do enables best-in-class tracking and reporting.
  • Work as part of a collaborative Operations team in Pune, while driving effective communication with demand generation team members in Boston, London, and Mumbai.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of web development experience
  • Solid understanding of HTML, JavaScrip, CSS or other web focused technologies and applications
  • Experience with wireframing, via Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision or another website tool
  • Skilled knowledge and familiarity with designing for CMS systems - experience or certification with Crownpeak CMS is a plus
  • Proficient with SalesForce Marketo web-based integrations
  • Proficient with MySQL REST-Based APIs
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, certified is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience managing multi-language websites is a plus
  • Extremely detail-oriented; fanatical about checking own work, with high standards for accuracy
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Experience working as a member of a remote team
  • Strong drive to harness technology in practical ways to grow business through digital channels
