Job Description

    We are looking for a skilled webmaster to manage our web presence. The Webmaster serves as the primary contact for all aspects of the SMS-Magic website(s), handling a range of responsibilities that may include web design and development, routine site and content maintenance, infrastructure maintenance and various updates including building web marketing assets, integrations and testing to ensure sites align with the goals and objectives of the company. Key Responsibilities
    • Serves as the primary contact for all aspects of the organization s website(s)
    • Develops and maintains a marketing funnel with assets like website, microsites, landing pages, forms, and structures in accordance with the organization s needs; collaborates closely with Salesforce Admin, Growth Marketer, Sales Ops, Content marketer and others invested leadership staff.
    • Develops, implements, and maintains shopping cart applications in collaboration with the organization s retail operations, sales, marketing, and related departments.
    • Encourages and facilitates consistent, creative, and unified web design across the organization s web properties.
    • Collects and analyzes web analytics and similar data; identifies opportunities to improve search engine optimization (SEO), time on site, web traffic, and other relevant metrics.
    • Maintains and documents ownership of the companys internet domains.
    • Assists employees with the use of company websites through one-on-one support, user guides, and training sessions.
    • Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards; software licenses; and applicable state and federal laws and regulations including data security, privacy, and intellectual property laws.
    • Maintains current knowledge of best practices and emerging developments in web design, web development, and technology.
    Qualification:
    • Extensive knowledge of website management, analytics, design, and SEO best practices and standards.
    • Working knowledge of or ability to quickly learn web content management systems (Wordpress), applications, and tools used by the organization.
    • Highly proficient with HTML/CSS/PHP; working knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and other programming languages.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Working knowledge of CRM and MAP tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot preferred)
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience in integrating marketing automation systems with website forms, landing pages, A/B testing, dynamic content and personalization
    Experience:Minimum of 3 years,
